  • Internal components of the machine are made from heat resistant products.
  • Pistons are made of viton seal and the hoses are made of teflon.
  • Robot leg mechanism can do the same movements just like a person does. Waist      
    adjustment and seat movements are pneumatic.
  • The empty machine has been tested till 180˚C.
  • The machine consist of two main parts which are named heating system and crinkle part. During transportation you can separate them.
  • The heating system run with natural gas, fuel oil or electricity.
  • The fans into the heating system circulates the cabin air, by courtesy of this circulation temperature in the cabin remains same at each point .
  • You can give the effect you want to each point of the garment .
  • The system works with six air bar. Blowing and discharging air with vacuum are the characteristics of the legs.
  • The control panel is electronic and easy to use .
  • There are 2 time temperature indicators and 1 time relay, one of indicators displays temperature of the burner, the other one displays temperature of the air in the cabin. The time relay gives alert signal which enables us to understand that the process ended.
  • When you turn on the machine you should wait till temperature of the burner increase to the adjusted level. Then, you can start to make effects on the garment. When you press the robot forward button and the doors will be open. The robot “1” will enter inside the cabin and the doors are going to close. When the robot “1” is in the cabin you should dress and make effects on the other robot “2” which is outside of the cabin (by the way when the time is set audible alarm will alert the operator) you press again robot forward button to continue the process.
