- Trolley Denim Drying Oven consist of sandwich type disassembled panels.
- 80 kg/m3 rock wool and glass wool are used as insulation between panels.
- Heating unit is selected according to the oven type and assembled at the back side of oven.
- If gas or fuel oil heating is preferred for the oven, heating unit is made of stainless steel. Burning chamber is held separately inside the oven and so no fire, soot, dust and etc. enters into the oven and there occurs no soots, stains and etc. on trousers.
- There are air channels and blowing vents that distribute hot air homogeneously inside the oven.
- Oven is used freely on normal ground and channels on the bottom of oven help trolley freely get inside.
- Oven reaches desired temperature for the first operation within (average 160˚C) 25 – 30 minutes.
- Temperature changes by maximum 3˚C at each corner of oven and upon reaching desired temperature; automatic temperature limiter is activated and stabilizes oven temperature. Therefore, the most suitable operation conditions are obtained in the oven.
- Natural gas, LPG tubes, fuel oil or electrical heating options.
- Minimum energy consumption maximum output.
- Max ± 2˚C homogeneity at ovens.
